Starting earlier is also possible; you might just have to select the topics that feel most relevant or adjust the language slightly to fit your child’s age and maturity. The earlier these conversations begin, the more natural and meaningful they become over time.
How do I know what to say?
You don’t need to have all the answers. You don't need to be an expert in technology. The kit is designed to guide you as well as your child. With the conversation cards, each card includes prompts that help spark conversations — without putting pressure on you to know. If you're unsure how to respond, try asking your child what they think. The goal is to explore together.
